Nectar Garden – Ruby Granite Space
The new Ruby Red Granite entertainment area that was constructed in 2018 has an all-weather surface. It is event ready and in a central location for access to the winery, the Nectar Garden outdoor music area, the beautiful Fresh Flower Cutting Garden, and the parking area. Shade sails are in place and are up lit for nighttime drama. We can section off an area of that space for small events of 50 persons or less on most days including most weekend days depending on what other events are already planned.
Beyond the Cutting Garden there is private access to a finished tented area in the orchard with apple trees encircling the tent. The tent has one end of solid white tent wall that faces the access road so that this can provide a visual barrier for a cook tent if necessary. The other three sides are clear vinyl for maximum light. All the sides can be open for light and air or they can be closed for inclement weather. The floor surface inside the tent is a durable painted surface. The tent is up lit for nighttime and has accent dance floor or stage lighting. There are also café lights in addition to the up lights. It can accommodate two small events at the same time with plenty of space between the events for privacy.

Wedding Amphitheater
Say “I do” in our Wedding Amphitheater, complete with hanging baskets, flowers, rehearsal time, and a music area. This extremely private wooded area is beautiful, with filtered sunlight and overlooks the ponds. There are some church-pew benches available, and additional chairs can also be rented. Transportation for guests who cannot walk is provided at a modest price. Price is dependent on number of guests but begins at $400 and includes flowers, maintenance, and minor setup if necessary.
If you choose to decorate over and above the provided floral setting, we can assist with minor instructions from you. However, if there is major decorating involved, we cannot be responsible. Seating for up to 240 people is available in this area. The area cannot be tented easily and is subject to inclement weather. The good news is that in the history of this venue, less than five weddings have been impacted by rain.
Special Events Tent
For small to medium size weddings and events of up to 140 people depending on table shape and accessories, this new 40’ X 60’ tented area will accommodate up to 125 people at round tables with room for a dance floor, head table, band stage, and buffet tables. It can hold up to 140 people using rectangular tables and still accommodate the extra tables, stage, and dance floor. Tables, chairs, and linens need to be rented as extras. The winery has restrooms available and most event planners think they are close enough. However, you might prefer to provide restrooms in the immediate area. The Ruby Red granite space can be used as an elegant gathering area after the ceremony, as well as a bar and cocktail area, before the reception begins. It also has a ramp for a beautiful entrance for the wedding party. The bar can be moved close to the tent area providing an area for guests to congregate outside the tent away from the band or DJ. The cost of renting the entire tent area as stated above is $975. Tables, chairs, linens, a dance floor if desired, and a stage if desired, are rented from Elegant Catering.
Overlook Hill
Large wedding receptions and events of 140 or more guests are best handled in an area equipped for large tents on the level area overlooking the sheep pastures and ponds. In this area you will need to rent a tent and restrooms in addition to the dance floor, tables and chairs.
